Terms & Conditions

We value our customers' time, needs & expectations. We will try to make your e-shopping experience with us a great & memorable one. Your cooperation & understanding, therefore, will be greatly appreciated. :)

1. All prices are fixed & non-negotiable.

2. All items sold are absolutely brand new & in excellent condition.

3. Serious buyers only. Strictly no back-out/dead-beat buyers please. Please inform us if you are no longer interested in the inquired item(s).

4. We welcome enquiries. However, enquiry emails are not considered as placing temporary reservation or in waiting list.

5. First come first serve basis. Those who are able to make payment first/fastest will be given priority.

6. To finalize or place an order(s), the order form must be filled up & emailed to us. No order form = no confirmation.

7. Payments are to be made into our Maybank account within THREE days.

8. If we do not hear and/or receive payment from you, we will release the item(s) to the next interested buyer without any notice.

9. All sales are final. No cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds are allowed. Buy at your own risk.

10. Buyers are to bear all postage fees. Item(s) will be mailed out every Monday and Thursday only. Please read payment & delivery methods information for the charges.

11. We will not be responsible for lost/damaged parcel during shipment. However, we ensure utmost care is taken in packing and getting your item(s) shipped.

12. Reservation(s) can only be done if there are no other interested buyers. The item(s) can be reserved for a maximum of TWO days only. If we do not hear from you after two days, the item(s) will be back up for grabs.

13. Color(s) may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.

14. Some items may be restockable/pre-ordered. Advanced full payment is needed for restocking/pre-order to avoid last minute back-outs. Should we fail to restock the item(s), a full refund will be given.

15. All accessories are not sold together or included with purchase unless stated otherwise.

16. Once confirmation has been made, we assume that you have already read, understood and will abide to our T&Cs.
